I think you reach a point on the personal growth p

I think you reach a point on the personal growth path, where your'e good just chillin in the embodiment phase.

It doesn't mean that you have reached the "sainthood of perfection stage" (😇) but that the searching, the work, the constant exploration isn't the main focus any longer.

I actually don't feel a need to grow or evolve in this season of life.

I'm quite happy in the embody and enjoy phase right now💜

I love this passage from Ra about this very topic—

"We take ourselves so seriously, human beings. The not-self is a very serious creature, it really is. Everything upsets it. Everything is important. Everything is “this and that.” It doesn’t know what’s going on. It’s not what we’re here for. It’s not what the nine-centered being is all about. It really isn’t. The nine-centered being is here for consciousness. We’re not here for the survival game. We’re not here for the fear game. We’re not here for all of that. We’re not here to organize ourselves. We’re not here to dominate the planet.

I know this may be old news to many, but for those

I know this may be old news to many, but for those new to Human Design and the body graph, I wanted to share this info.

Full disclosure (because transparency is 🔥) I am NOT an expert in Human Design, but after being in my own experiment for 10 years and finishing all the foundational courses with IHDS over the last year+, I feel confident that I know enough to guide and support others towards the KEY takeaways.

Human Design is a VERY deep rabbit hole. 🐇

So, I think ultimately you have to decide what you want to do with it . . .

Do you want to use it to know yourself a little better?

Or to change something big in your life?

Or for Business? (as a 1 line, I would suggest someone with BG5 background, but that's me : )

Or just curious what all the hype is about?

Or . . . you don’t love it, think it’s super woo (like astrology, witchcraft or ayahuasca) and are sorta over hearing about it.

I fell into all those categories at one point or another, but for me, understanding more about my design has been a significant piece of my BIGGER LIFE PICTURE puzzle. 🧩

Even though 99% of my life was so, so good— there were a few lingering, stubborn energies that I couldn't seem to shift (mostly around self-worth and trust)

I was able to understand more of the why when I experimented with my design.

And I saw things shift (and stay shifted.) 🎯

So, for me, it’s been clarity, next level work & also a desire to share it with others.

Human Design isn’t something we have to believe in—it’s something we can experiment with, if it floats our boat!

I am back in this world after a few years away. 😎

Around 2016, I chose to jump in 100% to help my husband build (and sell) the business we started in 2009 (N. American division of an established UK based biz)

It was a massive endeavor 🏋️‍♀️

What I'm bringing into this space now are the things gained from starting, building and selling that business.

The mindset it took to move cross country. To a place I wasn't excited to go to. A major shift for our family. Not easy.

And in the midst of all that, to keep showing up daily and doing the work it took. GRITT.

Building a team. Managing a team.

Personal power ++

The ability to hold my own in the room with c-suite, high level customers and also . . .

To be a voice and support for our hourly workers. The people that show up and work the warehouse, 10 hrs a day, during the pandemic.

To be the glue that held a good portion of it together. And all the feels that went along with building something of that magnitude. 🥰

So online entrepreneurship here I come again . . .

No longer a timid little chicken nugget that is unsure and unclear. Not now. Not me.

I am clear.

And here for those who are ready to step into their next level, clarity & power.

And to have fun!

To be willing to get vulnerable and address the sticky places that we can't always see, and so don't shift.

I love watching people "get it." And find their personal power. That place where they see they've had the answers all along. They are the guru they've been seeking.

So hello again, or hello for the first time.

Speaking from personal experience...
I have failed and I have succeeded.

The sweet spot that is the best space to be in from a growth and manifesting viewpoint is this-

Use the failures as lessons, teachers and learn from them. Don't use them to beat yourself up.

They will be some of the best teachers you've ever had if you choose to see them that way . . .

But not if you don't learn from them, so learn from them : )

And as for the successes—celebrate, be in gratitude, enjoy them.

They are the culmination of learning (from mistakes and "failures")

Failures aren't really failures if we use them wisely, oui?

They are great teachers, wise sages and as my husband says "more opportunities for success."

What you did and what you are doing!

Raising kids, making all those meals, doing all the laundry.

Driving them to school. Coaching them through life.

Standing in your decision to follow your own path and let go of the pressure to "do life" a certain way. Being you.

Going to work each day. Supporting a family. Supporting yourself. Helping out.

Being a friend. Being there for others. Being there for yourself.
Working out when you don't feel like it to stay healthy.

Remembering self care.

All the thank you's said, wrote and expressed.

All the hugs, the contributions. The love and care.

All the times you got back up after life knocked you down.

And all the times you got back up after you knocked yourself down.

Celebrate your aliveness. You get this day, when others don't.

Yay to being alive to see the sun rise and set today.

Big yay to the 86,400 seconds you get each day. And all the choices you have.

Give yourself a break.

Take a minute to celebrate just how good you have it.
